About

I'm Beth, a BANT registered nutritional therapist with an MSc in Nutrition Science and Practice. I want to inspire and empower you to take control of your health. Personal experience of suffering with rheumatoid arthritis led me to explore diet and lifestyle to improve my symptoms. Adopting a functional medicine approach enabled me to put my rheumatoid arthritis into remission and achieve huge improvements in my overall health and wellbeing. This motivated me retrain as a nutritional therapist. I have a particular interest in digestive and hormonal health and focus on women aged 40+ in my clinic in Burley-in-Wharfedale where I support clients 1:1 and deliver group programmes both in person and online.

I’m so pleased I took the decision to work with Beth on a one to one basis at the start of the year.
