My approach centres around the principles of functional medicine, which means looking at your health as a whole rather than just treating symptoms in isolation. I focus on understanding why you’re experiencing certain issues and work with you to create a personalised plan that feels manageable and sustainable for your lifestyle. I draw from both evidence-based nutritional therapy and my own experience with hormonal challenges to help you build lasting health improvements.
My background includes a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, which I completed in 2012, and I’m registered with both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Alongside my clinical qualifications, I am also a trained meditation teacher and incorporate stress management strategies as part of the wider picture of health, recognising how essential stress balance is in hormonal health.
