Hi I'm Holly, a CNHC registered nutriitonal therapist and a member of BANT.
I take a whole-person approach that recognises the interconnectedness of the body’s systems. By exploring your health history, nutrition and lifestyle I aim to uncover and address the key underlying drivers behind your symptoms rather than simply managing them.
Using evidence-based research, I create a bespoke programme tailored to your goals, supporting realistic and sustainable changes that fit your unique needs and circumstances.
Everyone deserves optimal wellbeing and my goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to feel your best long term. We don't just look at nutriiton, we look at stress, sleep and movement too.
