I’m Karen Harker, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s health and gut health. I’m passionate about helping men and women take back control of their wellbeing by getting to the root cause of ongoing symptoms, rather than simply managing them.
My approach is simple and realistic. I cut through the wellness “noise” to provide no-nonsense nutrition and lifestyle solutions, backed by ongoing support and coaching. Together, we create sustainable changes that improve not only your symptoms, but your overall quality of life.
My work is deeply shaped by my own health journey. Having lived through hyperthyroidism, Graves’ disease, and later endometrial cancer, I understand how exhausting, frustrating, and emotionally overwhelming it can be when your body feels out of balance. These experiences strengthened my dedication to helping others navigate their own healing with compassion, clarity, and confidence.
With nine years of experience and a dedication to ongoing professional development, I’ve expanded my skills through specialised training such as Health Coaching and the Digestion With Confidence course.
I’m here to guide, support, and empower you one simple, sustainable baby step at a time. I believe in building strong foundations first, because lasting improvement comes from steady, manageable changes.
