About
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc Food Science & Nutrition, First Class Hons; PGDip Nutritional Therapy, Distinction; BANT; CNHC) and a qualified Health & Behaviour Change Coach. Over the years I noticed that many of my clients’ chronic health conditions stemmed from underlying gut dysfunction, which inspired me to specialise in this area. My passion deepened further when both of my babies experienced lactose intolerance and cow’s milk protein allergy.
I support clients with a wide range of digestive conditions including: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Coeliac disease, SIBO, reflux, food intolerances and allergies, abdominal migraines, histamine intolerance, bile acid diarrhoea, gastroparesis, and more.
I offer structured gut health programmes: a 12-week support programme for more complex cases and a 9-week programme for simpler needs. Where appropriate, I may recommend safe, evidence-based supplements and functional private testing. My approach is rooted in functional medicine and always personalised. I also provide access to a 12-week trial of a vagus nerve stimulating device (no additional cost), recognising that stress and an overwhelmed nervous system are key contributors to digestive issues. Diet and lifestyle changes form the foundation of my work, with restriction only used when absolutely necessary. My background in behaviour change psychology allows me to translate complex science and test results into clear, practical, and realistic recommendations.
My goal is to help you calm symptoms, broaden dietary tolerance, and rebuild confidence with food. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I work with you to uncover and address the root causes — exploring digestion, gut motility, microbiome balance, immune function and inflammation, hormones, and gut lining integrity.
If you’re ready to move beyond short-term symptom control and start addressing the underlying drivers of your gut health problems, I’d love to support you, online consultations or in person.
