About
You know something isn’t right.
But every test says you’re “fine”.
You don’t feel like yourself anymore.
Your energy has dropped. Your body feels different. You’re dealing with bloating, poor sleep, weight changes, low mood or anxiety, often while juggling a full, demanding life.
And when you’ve asked for help?
You’ve been told everything looks “normal”.
But it doesn’t feel normal to you.
This is where so many women I work with find themselves: knowing something is off but not getting the answers they need.
What’s often missed is how closely gut health, hormones and stress are connected, and how these changes can begin much earlier than expected, often from your mid-30s.
This is where my work comes in.
I’m a Nutrition and Lifestyle Pharmacist specialising in gut health, hormone balance and stress-related symptoms in women 35+.
My approach didn’t just come from textbooks, it came from experience.
After a period of intense stress and grief in my own career, I found myself completely out of balance. As symptoms built, I was offered medication, but it felt like something deeper was being overlooked.
That’s what led me to take a root-cause approach.
Now, I help women understand what’s really going on in their bodies through evidence based nutrition, lifestyle support and, where appropriate, functional testing.
This can include hormone profiling, thyroid function, nutrient analysis and comprehensive gut health (stool) testing to uncover what’s driving symptoms.
Because this isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about helping you feel like yourself again, with sustainable changes that support your energy, balance and long-term health.
I don’t believe your 30s and 40s are a slow decline.
They’re a turning point.
