Olivia Boulais
I am a nutritional therapist and the founder of Nutricée, an online-based practice specialising in the nutritional support of women with endometriosis. My work focuses on helping women better understand and manage the digestive, inflammatory, and metabolic symptoms commonly associated with endometriosis. Using a science-based and personalised approach, I support clients in regaining clarity, autonomy, and confidence in their health. I consult online with women worldwide.

About
I hold four academic degrees in Chemistry, Biomedicine, Nutrition, and Personalised Nutrition, which allow me to integrate fundamental science, pathophysiology, and practical nutritional therapy.
Before moving into clinical practice, I spent almost a decade working in natural product development, primarily within the dietary supplement industry. This background provides me with in-depth knowledge of formulation quality, ingredient sourcing, regulatory standards, and efficacy. When supplementation is appropriate, I am therefore able to make well-informed, ethical, and highly selective recommendations, always within a food-first and physiology-led framework.
Through Nutricée, I specialise in supporting women with endometriosis, a condition frequently associated with digestive disturbances such as reflux, bloating, altered gut motility, and visceral hypersensitivity. My approach addresses the complex interplay between the nervous system, digestion, inflammation, and metabolic health, without food shaming or restrictive nutritional dogma.
Based in France, I work exclusively online (in French or English), supporting women across the world with a compassionate, evidence-informed, and empowering approach to nutritional therapy.
