About
Dori is a gut-health focused nutrition practitioner who helps people make sense of digestive symptoms like bloating, IBS, low energy and acid reflux, and feel confident around food again. She works with clients who are often tired of trying “everything” — cutting foods, relying on medication, or pushing through discomfort — without really understanding what’s going on in their body.
Her approach is practical, supportive and personalised. Rather than strict rules or quick fixes, Dori focuses on improving digestion step by step, supporting the gut through food, habits and daily routines that fit real life. She has particular experience working with IBS, SIBO, weight concerns linked to gut health, and persistent reflux symptoms.
Dori has recently completed specialist training with Debbie Grayson as part of the Reflux Revolution programme, enabling her to support clients with acid reflux and long-term PPI use. Where medically appropriate, she helps clients improve digestion and reduce reliance on PPIs safely and gradually, always working within individual health circumstances.
Her work is grounded in evidence, but delivered in a way that feels human, reassuring and achievable — helping clients feel more comfortable in their body, trust their digestion again, and move through life with more energy and confidence.
