Helen is a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and Coach and supports mid-life women with many aspects of health, and symptoms of peri-menopause/menopause, on or off HRT. She also helps establish healthy habits using coaching, psychology, and stress management techniques. Many women find mid-life a struggle mentally, emotionally and physically. Helen is able to support you with a holistic approach, ask her about her signature 12 week Mind Your Health programme which combines nutritional therapy with mindset tools to transform your health and wellbeing, working on your energy, outlook and self confidence.
