Hi, I'm Melody, a gut health specialist

My aim is to help people to improve their digestive health with a personalised approach. During a 1:1 consultation I aim to discover what is driving your symptoms and work with you to create a plan that is both manageable and unique to you. The key to success lies in identifying the daily habits that are adding to the problem and make simple changes to these habits to form a sustainable long term strategy on which we can build better health and wellbeing for years to come.
