About
Born and raised in Paris, I began my career managing operations in my family’s real estate business. A move to Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong) in 2006 marked a pivotal point in my life. There, an eye-opening personal experience led me to explore solutions beyond conventional medicine, bringing me to the world of kinesiology. Now based in London, I offer personalized, private sessions in nutrition, nutrigenomics, neuro-energetic kinesiology, and executive coaching, both in-person and online.
Along with kinesiology and executive coaching, my practice is deeply enriched by the principles of Functional medicine. This approach allows me to address the root causes of various health issues, including hormonal imbalances, metabolic disorders, and Gut Health concerns, using a holistic and personalized strategy. Functional medicine’s comprehensive view complements my expertise in nutrition, nutrigenomics and kinesiology, offering a complete wellness package.
