About

I’m Tasha - a Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health, with a special interest in reflux, and a root-cause detective for symptoms you’ve been told to ignore.

If you’re dealing with reflux, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, gallbladder dysfunction or navigating life without a gallbladder, or you’re relying on medication but still not feeling right, I want you to know this isn’t just something you have to live with.

I work with clients just like you, struggling with digestive issues every day in clinic, and I understand how much these symptoms can impact your quality of life.

For some people, medication such as PPIs plays an important role. Where it’s needed, I support you in reducing side effects and protecting your nutritional status. If you are taking PPIs, I can also help you better understand your options and, where appropriate and in line with your GP and current guidelines, support a gradual reduction while managing rebound symptoms and improving your digestion.

My approach is evidence-based, practical and designed for real life. No restrictive diets or overwhelm - just simple, structured steps that support your digestion and help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body. I will also work alongside your wider healthcare team, including your GP, so your care feels safe and supported.

I spent five years training to degree level in Nutritional Therapy, so I can confidently guide you through your symptoms and focus on what truly matters. But I’m also a busy mum and a realist - and a true food lover - so your plan has to work in everyday life and for the long term.
