About
Hi, I am Tasha, and I am passionate about DIGESTIVE HEALTH (especially IBS, reflux, gallbladder health and living without a gallbladder), WOMEN’S HEALTH (especially menopause), and METABOLIC HEALTH (especially preventing the risk of type 2 diabetes). I have also seen great success supporting clients through the PPI withdrawal process and clients struggling with weight, and fatigue.
After years as a Personal Trainer, I decided to find out why the ladies attending my fitness classes were hitting a wall at mid-life, thank goodness as I have now joined their club. The information out there is confusing, I embarked on a five-year educational journey and graduated with a distinction and a first-class honours degree to ensure that the advice I give isn’t based on fads, feelings, or a quick Google.
I will work with you to address the root cause of your health concerns, my mission is to guide you on your individual journey. I will be fully committed in supporting you to reach better health and importantly, increase the time you live in good health. My clients are often lacking in energy, suffering from digestive issues, struggling with their hormones and just can’t lose weight. The rule book changes after 40, what worked for you before may not work for you now.
But don’t worry you will not be asked to go on a crazy diet – I’m also a real person who loves food and the joy of preparing and eating something tasty! And as a mum, I know that this luxury is not always possible. I believe (and my clients have found) that personalised nutrition can help you feel amazing every day, without sucking all the fun out of life.
I love what I do and am dedicated to helping you find life changing symptom relief (even when it may seem nothing has worked).
