About
Claire Thomas is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC), NLP Practitioner, and Phlebotomist (CQC regulated), specialising in empowering ambitious, capable women rebuild their energy, resilience, and confidence so they can do more of what they love, without running on empty.
Through her practice, Nourish to Soar, Claire combines evidence-based nutrition, mindset coaching, and functional blood testing to create personalised, practical strategies that support real, lasting change. Her work is particularly focused on fatigue, burnout, digestive, hormone and metabolic health, and supporting women who feel dismissed or unheard despite “normal” test results.
Claire’s career began in children’s nursing within the NHS, but her own health challenges reshaped her path. In 2012, she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) and told recovery was unlikely. Rather than accepting this prognosis, she began exploring nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mindset-based approaches to support her body’s capacity to heal. Over time, she rebuilt her health and resilience, an experience that now underpins her compassionate, whole-person approach to client care.
In 2019, Claire made the decision to leave the NHS and retrain, returning to university to study Nutritional Therapy alongside NLP. She qualified in 2022 and founded Nourish to Soar with a clear mission: to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to take back control of their health, without overwhelm or extremes.
Claire is known for her ability to translate complex science into clear, actionable guidance that fits real life. Her clients often say they feel deeply listened to, understood, and supported, while also gaining clarity, confidence, and sustainable habits that extend far beyond their time working together.
She works with clients locally in Devon and online, offering flexible, data-informed support to women across the UK and internationally.
