About
Clare is a BANT-registered Nutritionist and CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. As a qualified Reflux Practitioner with Digestion with Confidence, Clare specialises in supporting adults and children experiencing reflux, heartburn, SIBO and digestive discomfort.
Her approach focuses on identifying underlying drivers of reflux and restoring confidence in eating, using evidence informed nutritional and lifestyle strategies tailored to each individual.
Alongside her clinical work, Clare has spent over five years working with YorkTest as a Nutrition Advisor, supporting clients in understanding food intolerances and interpreting a wide range of health test results. This experience has strengthened her expertise in personalised nutrition and the practical application of test‑informed dietary strategies.
With a background in children’s health and additional professional training through NEDDE, Clare also has extensive experience supporting families where reflux is linked with feeding challenges, food intolerances, or neurodivergent conditions such as ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), autism and ADHD.
Clare’s clinical work integrates a deep understanding of the gut–brain connection, nutrient balance, and functional digestive health. She combines this with her training as a Fertility Practitioner with The Fertility Nutrition Centre, recognising how nutritional wellbeing before and during pregnancy influences later digestive and immune development.
