About
Having seen the power that small, simple shifts to what and how you eat can have on your health, I am always excited to start working with clients to help them on their journey to feeling better.
I have always had a love of good food and cooking and during my previous careers, working for a large corporate and then as a teacher, maintained an interest in health, nutrition and trying to live a balanced life.
Embarking on my nutritional therapy training made me appreciate the complexity of the human body and the profound effect food and nutrients can have on it. I started that journey whilst still teaching part time and very quickly learnt many tips and tricks to ensure my family were well fed in as little time as possible! I now love to share these with my clients.
